PPM Limited is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our property maintenance and renovation team, delivering high-quality works across social housing and private residential properties.

Based from our Leeds branch, you will carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance, renovation, and improvement works within occupied and void properties.

The role
As a Multi-Skilled Builder, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out a wide range of property renovation, repair, and maintenance works
- Completing brick and block work, including repairs and small building projects
- Undertaking patch plastering and making good following repairs and alterations
- Carrying out minor joinery tasks including door hanging, skirting boards, architraves, and general repairs
- Completing basic plumbing works where required
- Carrying out external works including flagging, pathways, and associated groundworks
- Delivering disabled adaptation works including access ramps, steps, handrails, and other mobility improvements
- Working within occupied and void properties across social housing and private residential sectors
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing a professional service at all times
- Managing workloads effectively and completing works within agreed timescales
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
What we're looking for
- Proven experience within a property maintenance, construction, or renovation environment
- Strong skills in brick and block work (essential)
- Experience in patch plastering, minor joinery, and general building repairs
- Experience carrying out flagging, pathways, steps, ramps, and other external works
- Experience delivering disabled adaptation works would be advantageous
- Basic plumbing experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to work across multiple trades with a flexible and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Experience within social housing is desirable but not essential
