This is a customer-focused retail sales role where you'll help customers find the right products while delivering an outstanding experience every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while helping drive sales through excellent service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with confidence and professionalism
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
Building positive relationships with customers
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Representing leading brands to a high standard
Learning about products and promotions through ongoing training
Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals
