Church Lane Dental are looking for a Skilled Orthodontist to Provide Excellent Teethstraightening for Patients!

Guaranteed income with a Strong NHS contract and also lots of Private Work as well!

We have all the best equipment such as intra oral scanners, CBCT machines and digital xrays as well as excellent Nursing and Support Staff!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide top-tier orthodontic care in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence, innovation, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a passion for creating beautiful smiles, and a collaborative spirit to our thriving practice.

Duties

Diagnose orthodontic conditions through comprehensive patient evaluations, including anatomy knowledge and medical imaging analysis
Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools for precise appliance fabrication
Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces placement, adjustments, and removal with meticulous attention to detail
Monitor patient progress regularly, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results
Educate patients on treatment options, oral health maintenance, and post-treatment care to foster understanding and compliance
Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records of treatments, progress notes, and imaging data in compliance with regulatory standards

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software for designing orthodontic appliances and aligners
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning
Experience interpreting medical imaging such as X-rays, 3D scans, and other diagnostic tools
Excellent communication skills to explain complex procedures clearly to patients of all ages
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies
