The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of painting and decorating tasks to a high standard while maintaining a professional attitude on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, stripping, and priming.
Apply paint, wallpaper, and decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
be able to do outside painting ie- sash windows and other outside roles.

Requirements

5 years experience as a Painter & Decorator minimum.
Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Good time management and reliability.
Full UK driving licence is required for the role
Ability to work on residential and commercial properties.
