Location: Sizewell B
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
Working Pattern: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–16:30 | Friday, 08:00–14:00

Join a Team That Keeps Operations Moving

Dalkia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator with strong finance and procurement administration experience to join our team at Sizewell B. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient administrative support.

Working closely with operational, finance, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business activities, supporting procurement processes, maintaining financial records, and providing comprehensive administrative support across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide finance and procurement administration support, including purchase order processing, invoice management, goods receipt administration, and supplier liaison.
Support budget tracking and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Process and monitor procurement requests in line with company procedures and controls.
Maintain employee absence, sickness, and annual leave records.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.
Organise meetings, prepare documentation, and produce accurate meeting minutes and action logs.
Manage internal and external communications, including telephone enquiries, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and update company systems, databases, and filing records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the business.
Provide general administrative support to the wider site management and operational teams.

About You

The successful candidate will be a professional administrator with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role with exposure to finance and procurement processes.
Strong understanding of purchase orders, invoices, supplier administration, and financial record keeping.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A proactive and flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable

Experience working within facilities management, engineering, construction, or a similar operational environment.
Previous experience supporting HR administration activities.
Familiarity with procurement and finance systems.
