Job Introduction

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Services team as a Digital Business Analyst, playing a key role in shaping how the Council delivers services through technology. You will work across departments to understand customer needs, map and improve processes, and help to make services simpler, more efficient and more accessible for residents. By combining user research, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, you’ll help drive meaningful digital and cultural change across the organisation.

You’ll enjoy working with people across the organisation to improve services and make things easier for residents and staff. We’re looking for someone with experience of analysing information, mapping processes and developing practical digital solutions, alongside the communication and stakeholder skills to explain complex issues clearly and build support for change. If you’re organised, adaptable and motivated by using insight, data and user needs to shape better services, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference now and for the future.
