We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of restaurant and bar services.
Lead, support and motivate the front of house team.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
Allocate sections and duties and assist with staff training.
Manage bookings, table plans and service flow.
Liaise closely with the kitchen team during service.
Deal professionally with customer queries and complaints.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
Oversee bar service, stock levels and responsible alcohol service.
Assist with guest accommodation, including guest queries and check-ins when required.
Support management with the day-to-day running of the business.

About You

Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience, ideally at supervisory level.
Confident leading a team in a busy environment.
Friendly, organised and customer-focused.
Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, professional and able to lead by example.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
