Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic automotive sales team. In this role you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with their perfect pre-owned vehicle, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Your enthusiasm, communication skills and sales expertise will help us build lasting relationships and achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while showcasing your passion for automobiles and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles, emphasizing features and benefits.
Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, including test drives, to showcase the value of each car.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and streamline sales processes.
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance packages, or accessories to maximize customer value.
Maintain a clean and organized dealership environment, ensuring vehicles are well-presented both on the lot and online.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed sales goals while adhering to company policies.

Skills

Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of success.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and clearly articulate vehicle features.
Strong phone etiquette for engaging prospects over calls and following up professionally.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software to document interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
Demonstrated upselling skills combined with a positive attitude towards customer service.
