Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Pub Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
Manage cash transactions efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively and welcoming environment.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or food service, preferably as a bartender or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
A personable attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
