Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair artistry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styles, and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform barbering services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including front desk duties when necessary.
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development within the salon.
Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Skills

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous for maintaining salon operations.
Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is preferred.
Proficiency in barbering techniques is beneficial.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
