Full job description

We are currently seeking SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many guests, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining firm control of venue access and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing venue entry and exit points
Conducting searches and ID checks as required
Monitoring crowd behavior and diffusing incidents professionally
Enforcing venue policies and licensing laws
Providing exceptional customer service
Liaising with emergency services when necessary
Writing detailed incident and shift reports

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliability, punctuality, and team spirit
Experience in security or customer-facing roles is preferred
First Aid training (desirable)

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.75 per hour
