WESTCOURT MEDICAL CENTRE

NHS GP RECEPTIONIST – PART TIME POSITION

Our busy and friendly GP surgery requires an additional Receptionist to fill a part time post. The successful candidate must work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills. They will have a mature and caring attitude, with the ability to multi-task and work as an integral part of a well-established team. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential, coupled with fast & accurate computer/keyboard skills, and a sense of humour. Flexibility to swap shifts and undertake occasional overtime is a necessity. Previous experience in a GP surgery is desirable but not essential as long as candidates can demonstrate suitability for the role in their covering letter & CV.

The hours on offer for the 1st position are part time at 24 hours a week. Hours will be:

Monday - 1pm - 6pm

Tuesday - 1pm - 5pm

Wednesday - 2pm - 7pm

Thursday - 2pm - 7pm

Friday - 8am - 1pm
