Conveyancing Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our award‑winning Conveyancing Team as a Conveyancing Assistant on a full‑time basis, with flexibility to be based in any of our six offices: Runcorn, Maghull, Walton Vale, Warrington, Liverpool City Centre or Ashton in Makerfield.

You’ll be working as part of a well‑established and highly respected team, supporting experienced conveyancers and gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of residential property matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a legal career who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.

Please note this is an office‑based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with a supportive and experienced team.

General Responsibilities
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll support our solicitors and conveyancers in delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients throughout their property transaction.

Assisting with the day-to-day progression of conveyancing files
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Provide a friendly and professional service to clients at all times

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided
A genuine interest in property law and client care

Experience:

Legal or Administrative: 1 Year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 Year (preferred)
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
