Student Accommodation Cleaner

£13.00 | Full-time | Temporary Summer Work

We are hiring Student Accommodation Cleaners to help prepare university residences for the new academic year. This is a temporary summer position, ideal for students or anyone looking to earn extra income during the summer months.

No experience is required — full training will be provided.

Job Duties

Cleaning student bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Deep cleaning during student move-out periods
Following cleaning checklists and supervisor instructions
Using cleaning products and equipment safely

Requirements

Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with physical work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic English preferred

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential.

Pay & Schedule

£13.00 per hour
8-hour shifts
5 days per week available
Day, weekend, and occasional overtime shifts available
Rota provided in advance

Contract Details

Temporary contract (4–8 weeks, subject to confirmation)
July to early September 2025
Immediate summer work opportunities available
