Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail or sales management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team within a vibrant organisation. Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Skills
