Are you an organised and proactive project coordinator who wants to build a career in organisational development, leadership and behaviour change?
Can you turn plans into well-managed programmes, keep multiple workstreams moving and make sure clients and colleagues feel informed and supported?
Do you bring excellent attention to detail, a natural curiosity about people and systems, and the confidence to contribute ideas while learning from experienced colleagues?
The role
We’re looking for an Organisational Development Consultant to help make sure our organisational development, leadership and behaviour change projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Working closely with the Head of OD, senior colleagues and technical specialists, you’ll translate agreed designs into practical, high-quality programmes. You’ll coordinate plans, actions, risks, budgets and communications so that delivery feels organised, responsive and reliable.
You’ll contribute across four core strands:
– Leadership Development
– Team Dynamics
– Coaching
– Cultural Growth
You’ll bring developing knowledge of OD practice, facilitation, coaching and engagement, together with strong planning, project coordination and follow-through. You’ll support multiple projects, maintain project rhythms and help make sure commitments are delivered on time, within budget and to the standard our clients expect.
You’ll also support proposals, client conversations and business development activity by coordinating inputs, preparing materials, gathering insight and helping senior colleagues keep commitments moving.
This is a role for someone practical, thoughtful and quality-focused: a dependable self-starter who builds positive relationships, spots what needs improving and takes pride in making client-facing work clear, credible and well prepared.
You’ll be a valued thought partner to the Head of OD—helping shape ideas, challenge thinking and turn emerging concepts into practical OD interventions and positive client experiences.
The role is based in Wirral and offers hybrid working, with attendance at Head Office, client locations and other ICE locations when required. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, agile and creative organisation, and the role offers scope to grow and develop alongside organisational needs.
Nationwide travel is required. You’ll need a valid driving licence and access to a car, and flexibility to meet client needs, including occasional evening or weekend travel.
Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Thursday between 8:30am & 5pm & Friday between 08:30am & 3:45pm. There will need to be a level of flexibility to meet client deadlines and requirements.
