We are an ambitious, modern, fully private dental practice offering high-quality general, cosmetic, implant and clear aligner dentistry in a beautiful, state-of-the-art environment.We are looking for an outstanding Dental Receptionist / New Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who loves working with people, thrives on achieving results, and wants to be financially rewarded for helping patients begin life-changing dental treatment.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional patient experience, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to go above and beyond to help both patients and the business succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing all new patient enquiries
Building strong relationships with prospective patients
Guiding patients through their treatment journey
Following up consultations and treatment plans
Converting enquiries into booked treatment
Promoting practice membership plans
Generating and encouraging Google reviews
Supporting the growth of implant, cosmetic, aligner and general dentistry services
Delivering a first-class patient experience from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance

Exceptional Bonus Structure

Implant treatment conversions
Cosmetic dentistry conversions
Clear aligner/Invisalign conversions
