We're looking for passionate Sushi Chefs and Hot Food Chefs to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you're experienced in crafting fresh sushi or preparing authentic Japanese hot dishes, we'd love to hear from you. Job Type: Full-time | Permanent (Part-time opportunities also available)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Sushi Chefs and Hot Food Chefs to join our kitchen team.

What You'll Do :

Sushi Chef

Prepare high-quality sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, maki, uramaki, and specialty rolls.
Prepare fresh ingredients, sushi rice, fish, and vegetables.
Ensure every dish is presented to a consistently high standard.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.

Hot Food Chef

Prepare and cook ramen, rice bowls, noodles, starters, katsu, curries, and other hot Japanese dishes.
Ensure food is cooked, portioned, and presented consistently.
Manage prep and stock levels throughout the day.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Support the kitchen team to deliver fast, high-quality service.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sushi Chef, Hot Food Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and high-quality food.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, hardworking, and a positive team player.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and develop.
