You will take primary responsibility for Noatune’s enquiries and bookings.
This includes:
- Responding to enquiries by email, phone and WhatsApp
- Understanding what clients need and asking the right questions
- Taking ownership of enquiry conversion and monthly booking performance
- Proactively following up leads, reducing lost enquiries and identifying ways to increase repeat business

Who we’re looking for
The right person will combine strong organisation, administration and client-service skills with a good practical understanding of professional recording studios.
You may come from bookings, operations, a label, agency or production company, or from an engineering/production background with substantial experience in administration and client management.
You should be comfortable managing a high volume of enquiries, schedules and people, maintaining high standards and keeping important details from slipping.
You do not need to be an expert engineer, but you should understand studio sessions well enough to ask the right questions, prepare sensible quotes and match clients with the right studio and engineer.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware, calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.
You need to:
- Be articulate, personable and commercially aware
- Write professional emails quickly
- Stay calm under pressure
- Keep track of many moving parts
- Take ownership of problems
- Care about client experience and studio quality
- Enjoy working quickly and getting a lot done
This can be a busy and sometimes intense role. Some people find that draining; others genuinely thrive on the pace and responsibility.
We are looking for the latter.
Working hours
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday.
This is a 100% on-site position with no regular work-from-home days.
Recording studios do not operate strictly within office hours, so writing camps, important sessions and occasional operational issues can require some evening or weekend flexibility.
Salary & benefits
£30,000 base salary + monthly revenue-based bonuses.
For someone performing well, realistic annual earnings are approximately £35,000–£40,000+.
In particularly strong years, an additional discretionary annual performance/retention bonus can increase total compensation further.
Benefits include:
- Free studio time outside working hours when available
- Free rooftop sauna and cold plunge access
- Work with a talented and welcoming team of engineers, producers and runners
- Regular exposure to exciting emerging artists and established international clients
- Opportunity to manage larger projects and work with major-label artists and commercial clients
- Significant autonomy and responsibility
- Opportunity to contribute ideas around systems, technology, client experience and growth
- Creative working environment at Netil House
- 20% discount at selected local food stalls and restaurants
- Comfortable modern office space with coffee and tea
