Monday to Friday | 9:30am – 5:30pm

Property Angels is an established and rapidly growing letting agency, and we are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our busy Bothwell office.
This is a key role within the business, combining portfolio management, new business, landlord and tenant relationship management, team supervision and day-to-day lettings operations.
As our managed portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced property professional who can take ownership of a growing portfolio, oversee our Property Negotiators and play an important role in the continued expansion of Property Angels.
A minimum of 3 years' residential lettings experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing a growing portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carrying out rental market appraisals for new and existing landlords
- Meeting prospective landlords, presenting our services and progressing new instructions
- Onboarding new landlords and properties
- Preparing and marketing properties for let
- Coordinating photography, property descriptions and online advertising
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Managing applications and progressing successful applicants
- Preparing and managing tenancy documentation
- Coordinating new tenancies, check-ins, tenancy changes and terminations
- Carrying out and overseeing routine property inspections
- Managing rent reviews and ongoing tenancy administration
- Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current Scottish letting legislation
- Acting as a senior point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Managing tenancy issues and resolving problems professionally and efficiently
- Liaising closely with our Maintenance Administrator regarding repairs, compliance and property preparation
- Overseeing and supporting our Property Negotiators
- Monitoring workloads, outstanding tasks and follow-ups across the lettings team
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records within our CRM and property management systems
- Supporting the general day-to-day operation of our busy Bothwell office
- Working closely with senior management to support portfolio growth and maintain a consistently high standard of service
Experience & Skills Required
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within residential lettings.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential property and tenancy management
- Confident managing a busy and growing property portfolio
- Knowledgeable about the Scottish residential lettings process
- Confident carrying out rental market appraisals
- Experienced in marketing and letting residential properties
- Comfortable carrying out viewings and property inspections
- Experienced in preparing and managing tenancy documentation
- Confident developing and maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
- Capable of overseeing and supporting Property Negotiators
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and able to take ownership of issues through to completion
- Commercially aware with an understanding of landlord retention and portfolio growth
- Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving problems
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Highly IT proficient
- Experienced and confident using CRM and property management systems
- Able to adapt quickly to new technology, systems and processes
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
A Level 6 Propertymark qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management, or equivalent, would be advantageous but is not essential.
A strong working knowledge of Scottish residential letting legislation and Private Residential Tenancies is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Location & Travel
The position will be mainly office based from our Bothwell office.
As Property Angels continues to expand, the successful candidate must also have the flexibility to travel to our other offices on occasion when required.

Travel: Flexibility to attend other offices occasionally as required
Experience: Minimum 3 years' residential lettings experience – essential
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence – essential
Propertymark Level 6 Qualification: Advantageous but not essential
