About the job
This role will primarily focus on the ongoing Governance and maintenance of the PeopleXD/EVO Workspace, HR, Payroll, Learn and Talent cloud system. Along with supporting implementations and development of additional functionality, this role is the first point of contact for the business, in relation to system access/Workflows, system amendments/changes, all reporting, all system interfaces and system queries.

Your main responsibilities will be:
The PeopleXD and EVO Workspace System Admin Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate system upkeep.
Manage system access, maintain security profiles and resolve access problems.
Provide first line support and basic training to end users of the PeopleXD System.
Trouble shooting basic issues and escalating more complex issues as appropriate to line manager.
Provide customer service, each query being assigned a priority level and aiming to be closed within the agreed deadline.
Maintaining the People XD system, specifically contributing to both system and data integrity and system upgrades, patching and associated approval, documentation and testing prior to implementation.
Maintain third party supplier relationships for integrating systems, upgrades, patching and testing.
Manage all system Interfaces/integrations, scheduling and error reporting and associated error resolution for Railpen, CrewPlan, Teleopti, eARCU and other third-party interfacing data.
Modifying software requirements ensuring consistency is maintained based on changing business needs through own system Design Authority.
Feed in to ITDA and PMO for impacting systems, data or organisational projects or change programmes.
Providing system reports within agreed timescales.
Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of the wider business.
Maintains key system Workforce Management structures to ensure accurate approval workflows both in the system as well as all integrated upstream and downstream systems.
Performing data imports and exports into the system.
Manage Re-orgs, Integrity checks and Audits.
Maintain third party supplier relationships for integrating systems, upgrades, patching and testing.
Maintain API's, Excel workbooks, workaround system solutions, SFTP's and other associated processes, closely with the HR, Payroll and IT teams.
Manage all post project outstanding defect resolutions through to implementation, along with managing the roadmap of project system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure adherence to SWR & DFTO IT policies and governance, including but not limited to GDPR.

You'll need to be:
Previous experience working within either a Payroll, Workforce Management or HR People function, with minimum 1 year experience.
Experience of working with cloud-based systems, ideally PeopleXD (previously CoreHR) and delivering basic system training.
Computer literate, including Microsoft applications - Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Teams and PowerBI.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
Is a team player and is proactive at sharing ideas and information.
Accurate, detailed and thorough approach to work and maintaining accurate records.
Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
High customer service ethic who is passionate about meeting the customer and wider business needs.
Working pattern
Monday to Friday - office hours.
