The AmberRose Spa situated in The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel in the beautiful village of Luss, has a position available for a part-time spa receptionist.

The AmberRose Spa is looking for a talented spa receptionist with skills and professionalism. If you have a passion for making people feel welcome and have plenty of individuality, we want to hear from you.

The AmberRose Spa combines luxury Spa therapies with beauty treatments. The spa has a thermal suite with saunas, a steam room and a rasul mud chamber.

We strive to provide an exceptional spa experience for all of our guests and create an inclusive environment for all. We are searching for an experienced and confident receptionist who goes above and beyond to help guests have the best experience.

Requirements:

Strong multi-tasking skills, people skills, detailed oriented
High standards in your work, organisational skills and efficiency are key
Admin/telephone/email experience is a must.
Excellent customer service skills and a true interest in helping guests feel welcomed and happy.
Experience with various computer software and online Apps.
Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries promptly and provide all callers and clients with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, products, packages, services, and hours of operation.
You’ll be given training in all of our brands and treatments
Experience in retail sales is a plus but not a requirement as you’ll get trained on the job.
This is a dynamic role and at times, fast fast-paced role where flexibility is required.
An extremely high standard is required to maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organised work area.
Position involves manual handling which includes bending, reaching and lifting of linen bags.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Flexibility and reliability are essential- availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
Competitive rate of pay
28 days holiday per year (pro rata)
Uniform provided.

Own transport is required due to our location and limited public transport.

This job post is for 3-4 days a week. This is subject to changes due to the hotel & spa needs.

Pay: £9.50-£12.71 per hour
