Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor – Corporate
Anglo American | Corporate Fitness | Permanent | Part Time
£27,768 (pro rota) (potential to earn additional through Personal Training)
16 hours per week (no weekend or Bank Holiday working)

Shifts will be with either 6:30-14:30 or 11:00-19:00

If you’re an experienced Personal Trainer, this is your chance to provide the personalised fitness programmes and also our Personal Best 12 week programme, that really make a difference – changing lives for the better.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Anglo American club, you’ll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You’re highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will:

Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans, exercise programmes and delivering Personal Best.
Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Pilates.
Promote and carry out Personal Best which is an assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals.
Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice.
Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience.

You must have a CIMSPA accreditation to be considered for this position
