Social Media & Content Manager

CROÍA Jewellery | UK-Based | Part-Time

CROÍA is an Irish jewellery brand built around luxury, statement pieces and creating jewellery women genuinely love to wear.

We’re entering an exciting stage of growth, with our UK presence continuing to grow and our founder relocating to the UK. We’ve also been fortunate to be featured across leading fashion and lifestyle publications, including SheerLuxe.

We’re now looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join us and help take our social presence to the next level.

The Role

The primary focus of this role will be TikTok, with responsibility for developing the strategy, creating content, managing the platform and growing the channel.

You’ll also support our growing Instagram presence through video creation, editing and content execution, while the founder retains the overall creative direction of Instagram.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to tick off a content calendar.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands TikTok, Instagram, marketing, trends and brands and someone who can take an idea and run with it.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Own CROÍA’s TikTok strategy and content plan
Develop a high volume of creative content ideas
Research trends, formats and opportunities
Film and edit TikTok content
Create and edit Instagram Reels and other social content
Brief the founder on exactly what content needs to be filmed
Manage posting and community engagement
Create creative for TikTok paid advertising
Monitor performance and use insights to improve content
Identify what is working and build on it
Adapt content for TikTok vs Instagram rather than simply reposting
Support content shoots and build a bank of social-first content

We’re looking for someone who:

Genuinely understands TikTok and Instagram
Is naturally creative and constantly coming up with ideas
Understands fashion, jewellery, beauty and lifestyle marketing
Has a strong understanding of trends and social culture
Understands what makes people stop scrolling
Is confident filming and editing
Is commercially minded and understands that content should contribute to brand growth
Can work independently and take initiative
Is comfortable working closely with a founder
Has a strong eye for content and storytelling

We’re much more interested in your creativity, instincts and understanding of social than how many years you’ve worked in the industry.

We’re looking for someone who sees a trend and immediately thinks:

“How can CROÍA make this work?”

Not someone who simply asks:

“What should I post today?”

What success looks like

We want TikTok to become a meaningful growth channel for CROÍA while continuing to build on the strength of our Instagram presence.

You’ll have genuine ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to shape how an ambitious Irish brand shows up across social as we grow in the UK.

Location: London
Hours: Part-time, approximately 12–16 hours per week, with flexibility depending on experience and working structure
Compensation: Monthly retainer, dependent on experience and scope

As our founder is relocating to the UK, there will be opportunities for in-person filming and content days.
