MBSA SERVICES LTD, operating the iDRIVE private hire and courier service, is recruiting professional, reliable and customer‑focused drivers to join our growing team. We provide private hire transport, airport transfers, corporate travel, youth transport and same‑day courier services across London. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work, communicate well and deliver a high standard of service.

Position: Private Hire Driver

Division: iDRIVE (Operated by MBSA SERVICES LTD)

Location: London

Employment Type: Employed or Self‑Employed (depending on experience & reliability)

⭐ Key Requirements (Must Have)

Valid PCO Driving Licence issued by Transport for London (TfL)

(This is mandatory — applicants without a PCO licence cannot be considered.)

Good communication skills and professional customer service
Strong knowledge of London roads, airports and major routes
Reliable, punctual and well‑presented
Right to work in the UK

⭐ Vehicle Requirements (Recommended)

Applicants are strongly recommended to have:

Their own PCO‑registered and TfL‑licensed vehicle
Vehicle must be clean, well‑maintained and fully compliant with TfL regulations
Insurance, MOT and licensing must be up to date

Drivers without a vehicle may still apply — limited company vehicles may be available depending on experience and reliability.

⭐ Responsibilities

Provide safe, professional and punctual private hire transport
Complete airport transfers, corporate travel, school runs, courier jobs and event transport
Maintain excellent customer service and communication at all times
Keep vehicle clean, presentable and compliant with TfL standards
Follow all TfL private hire regulations and company policies
Handle multi‑stop journeys and scheduled bookings efficiently
Represent the iDRIVE brand with professionalism and respect
