Customer Service Advisor (Luxury Jewellery Brand) – Weekend Remote Role

Location: Remote (UK) with optional access to our London offices
Hours: Fixed - Saturdays initially, increasing to Saturdays & Sundays during peak season (mid-November to end of December)
Salary: TBC depending on language proficiencies

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to represent one of the world's leading luxury jewellery brands, providing outstanding support to customers across phone, email, live chat, and selected social media channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a true Brand Ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, care, and attention to detail expected from a luxury maison. If you take pride in delivering impeccable service and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Customer Experience team, you will:

Deliver a premium, luxury customer experience across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the brand's values and maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
Respond to customer enquiries in line with brand guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Build and maintain excellent product knowledge through comprehensive training.
Manage customer records accurately within our CRM system.
Proofread and produce high-quality written communications with exceptional attention to detail.
Prioritise workloads effectively to meet response times and prevent backlogs.
Monitor and report any recurring customer trends or issues.
Liaise with your Branch Manager and wider team to ensure continuous service excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands what outstanding service looks like.

You'll ideally have:

Previous customer service experience (essential).
Fluent English (spoken and written).
A second language is highly desirable, particularly French.
Exceptional written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive, patient and engaging approach.
Confidence using technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
An interest in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or e-commerce.
Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred.
