Bar Finch – Mayfair, London

Bar Finch is an American-Italian inspired cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, serious drinks, and a kitchen designed to match the ambition of the bar.

We are looking for CDP's to join our talented team who care deeply about food, hospitality and craft. This is not a corporate kitchen. It is a place where cooks are trusted, where ideas are welcomed, and where the owners are present and involved.

Our kitchen is newly built, extremely well equipped, and designed to allow chefs to work with precision and pride.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who wants to cook excellent food, work with great ingredients, and be part of a small team building something special.

The Role

As Chef de Partie you will run your section with confidence and consistency while contributing to the culture of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to maintain high standards of cooking, organisation and cleanliness.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a collaborative kitchen.

Responsibilities

Run and organise your section during service
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Work with high quality seasonal produce
Maintain excellent mise en place and organisation
Contribute ideas and feedback to menu development
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
Support junior members of the team where required
Help maintain a calm, professional and positive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Solid technical cooking ability
A genuine interest in ingredients, produce and hospitality
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Someone who works well in a small team
Professional, reliable and calm under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
