Dental Excellence are looking for a new Front of House team member to join us at our new dental practice in Westfield White City. We deliver cutting edge dentistry in a beautiful location and we are passionate about giving our clients an unparalleled experience.

Dental Excellence provides cutting edge private dental care in a luxurious setting at our state of the art practice located in Westfield White City. Patient care is at the centre of our focus providing excellent concierge-like service to all our current and prospective clients.

We are seeking a punctual, committed and hard working individual to join our friendly team who would like to progress their career in the healthcare sector. You will be a part of a hard working, cohesive and progressive team providing a high standard of care and treatment to its patients.

You will be working closely with the admin and nursing team to ensure smooth running of the practice and develop a number of responsibilities and skills throughout.

Our staff satisfaction and their development is incredibly important for us and we want to ensure that all those who work for us are comfortable, happy and want a progressive career, which is why we have yearly PDP and bi weekly Lunch and Learn sessions for the team to ensure that we are working cohesively and towards the same shared goals while supporting individual development.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of duties that you can expect to undertake in your role as a front of house staff member:

- Setting up the non-clinical areas on opening
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Keeping up to date with white space in the diary
- Following up on enquiries and e-mails promptly
- Carrying out various administrative duties on and off site if required
- Providing a world class level of customer service to all our patients at all times.
- Ensuring that the practice is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Closing down the premises at the end of the day

- Looking after VIPs

Previous experience within dentistry is preferable but not essential. The most important skill set being sought is someone who is adaptable and able to understand the requirements of a high end private clinic. The position will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS checks.
