About AVO CLEANING LTD
AVO CLEANING LTD delivers professional cleaning services across London, working with residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-end client environments. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Casual Cleaners who take pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
The Role
We are looking for experienced cleaners to join our growing operations team on a flexible casual basis. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services while representing the professionalism and standards of AVO CLEANING LTD.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, washrooms, and communal areas
- Sanitising high-touch surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards
- Waste disposal and replenishment of consumables
- Following company health & safety procedures
- Ensuring all work is completed to professional standards
Essential Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Experience working within 4-star or 5-star hotels, luxury apartments, premium residential properties, or commercial environments is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends where required
- Basic English communication skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Certification
- NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services (preferred but not essential)
