About us
Finch Home Limited is a bespoke furniture manufacturer based in East London. We design and produce high-quality, made-to-order furniture with a strong focus on craftsmanship, detail, and finish. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Furniture Finisher & Sprayer to join our team.

The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone with experience in furniture finishing and a good all-round understanding of workshop processes. You will be involved in preparing and finishing bespoke pieces to a high standard, working closely with our makers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Sanding, filling, and preparing timber and MDF surfaces for finishing
Spraying (primers, lacquers, paints) to a high-quality standard
Hand painting and fine finishing work
Oiling, staining, and sealing bespoke furniture pieces
Assisting with light cabinet making and assembly where required
Ensuring all finishes meet our quality standards and client expectations
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team

Requirements

Proven experience in furniture finishing and spraying
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience with spray equipment and finishing products
Knowledge of different finishing techniques (paint, oil, lacquer, etc.)
Basic cabinet making or workshop experience is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and reliability

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience working on bespoke or high-end furniture
Familiarity with workshop machinery and tools
