Full job description

We are seeking independent, self-employed After-Builders Cleaning Contractors to partner with us on a project-by-project basis.

You will be responsible for executing high-standard deep cleans of commercial and residential buildings immediately following construction or renovation work. As an independent contractor, you must be fully equipped, reliable, and capable of working without supervision to deliver a flawless, handover-ready finish for our clients.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work:

Clean and sanitise all areas of the building, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, after construction or renovation activities.
Remove construction debris, fine plaster dust, and waste materials from the site to ensure a clean, safe environment.
Provide and use your own professional cleaning equipment and specialized chemicals safely and effectively (specifically for plaster dust, paint residues, and window tape removal).
Report any pre-existing site damages or structural maintenance issues observed during the cleaning process directly to the agency management via photographic evidence.
Adhere to strict construction site health and safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a professional demeanour as a representative of our agency network and ensure exceptionally high standards of cleanliness are upheld.

Mandatory Compliance & Qualifications:

Public Liability Insurance: You must hold your own valid Public Liability Insurance policy (minimum £1,000,000 cover) and provide a copy of your certificate upon onboarding.
CSCS Card is preferred
Business Status: Must be registered as a Sole Trader or Limited Company in the UK and responsible for your own tax/National Insurance.
Experience: Proven track record in specialized after-builders cleaning, deep cleaning, or commercial cleaning. Must be fully competent to execute work without training.
Equipment: Must have access to your own commercial-grade cleaning equipment (e.g., heavy-duty vacuums capable of handling plaster dust).
Communication: Good communication skills in English to coordinate site access, completion times, and project requirements.
Mobility: A valid driving licence and your own transport is required to travel independently between various project sites across London.
Reliability: Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and absolute reliability regarding project deadlines.
