Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service/Callout Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a walking route in London covering approx. 80 units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services for our products. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Install, test, and commission new equipment as per company standards.
Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum NVQ L3 Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
