Full job description

King’s Fertility is rapidly growing!

As part of the commitment to our patients, we are expanding and are seeking talented individuals to complement our outstanding administration team.

We take great pride in providing excellent patient care and being at the forefront of innovation, professional training and development, and research.

Due to expansion, King's Fertility is recruiting for an administrator to support its existing team of 22 operational staff.

The role is 40 hours per week with a rotational pattern to cover weekends. The duties will cover but not limited to:

Dealing with patient queries via telephone and email
Booking patient appointments on the in-house database system
Taking payments for treatment
Supporting the reception team
Creating patient pathways
Managing ERS (GP choose and book system)
Producing patient notes as required

In return, the post offers a competitive starting salary from £27K dependent upon experience, plus pension with full training in a state of the art fertility unit located just behind Denmark Hill overground station.

This is an exciting opportunity that doesn't come along very often.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous office experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
