Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and client engagement to develop their skills in a professional environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of technical solutions, assist with client projects, and contribute to the optimisation of our services. A strong foundation in IT, excellent communication skills, and organisational abilities are essential for success in this position.

This role provides an engaging platform for recent graduates eager to launch their careers within the IT consultancy sector, offering valuable experience across a broad spectrum of technical disciplines while working within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related tech field.
Ability to assess complex problems, interpret data, and propose solutions.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Previous experience in an office based, customer focused role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and configuration of cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Support senior consultants in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Ensure a user-centric approach in design, anticipate requirements, and implement enhancements.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable technical advice.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of IT systems, cloud services, and organisational tools.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple client projects and internal tasks.
