Part-time Junior Admin Assistant

The rewards

An hourly rate of GBP 14.0 to GBP 17.0, based on experience
Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable industry experience

The role of Part-time Junior Admin Assistant:

Provide general administrative support to the Founder, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the organisation of events, including booking venues and arranging materials
Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors when necessary
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as directed

The ideal Part-time Junior Admin Assistant:

Marketing or related fields grad/undergrad with 1-2 years experience in social media management
A solid understanding of administrative processes and best practices
Proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
