Norrøna Retail is now seeking part-time assistants (16-20 hours/week) with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Flagship Store in London!

Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. Our mission is to create the world's greatest outdoor products and offer unique adventures through a responsible business. The group employs approx. 500 people from 20 different nationalities.

Norrøna Retail is now seeking part-time assistants (16-20 hours/week) with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Flagship Store in London!

As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

Completed high school
Previous retail experience

Have a high work capacity and can identify tasks during quieter periods
Are structured, and reliable

Key responsibilities:

Sales and customer service
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products
Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement
Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise
Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store
Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events
Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna

Please note that availability on weekends, during holiday periods, and during periods of high activity is a requirement for this position.
