Founded in 2021, our mission is simple but ambitious: to create the highest quality early years education group in the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can lead, project manage and inspire and drive excellence across multiple settings.

Role Overview

Minoa Education is seeking an experienced and driven Integrations Lead to lead the end-to-end integration of new nursery settings into the Minoa group. This is a pivotal strategic and operational role, working closely with the Company Director and Regional Managers to ensure every new setting is smoothly onboarded, compliant, and aligned with Minoa’s standards. The successful candidate will combine a strong background in multi-site operations, exceptional technology skills, and a deep understanding of the early years sector to drive successful integration outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale & Due Diligence

Review and assess due diligence files submitted by prospective nursery settings prior to acquisition or onboarding.
Identify operational, compliance, or regulatory gaps and red flags from a nursery management perspective pre acquisition.
Prepare clear, concise reports for the Company Director summarising findings, risks, and recommendations.
Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams as required to support the pre-sale process.

Integration Leadership

Lead the end-to-end integration of new nursery settings into Minoa, from initial handover through to full operational alignment.
Support and guide Regional Managers throughout the integration process, acting as the primary point of escalation for integration-related challenges.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a standardised integration framework, ensuring consistency across all new settings.
Proactively identify and problem-solve issues as they arise during integration, working collaboratively with setting managers and wider teams.
Monitor integration progress across multiple settings simultaneously, managing timelines and priorities effectively.

Policies & Procedures

Oversee the adoption and embedding of Minoa’s policies and procedures across all integrating settings.
Work with setting managers to review existing policies, identify gaps, and assist regional managers to implement required changes in line with Minoa standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all integrating settings achieve compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and any other relevant frameworks.
Maintain an up-to-date tracker of policy implementation status across all settings in the integration pipeline.

Systems & Technology

Lead the onboarding of new settings onto Minoa’s management software and digital platforms, ensuring staff are trained and systems are operational.
Champion the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools (including Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook) across integrating settings.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through technology.
Act as a key liaison between settings and any third-party software providers during the integration period.

Expansion Projects

Contribute to the planning and delivery of site expansion projects, specifically when expanding at existing settings.
Work closely with the Company Director to support strategic growth initiatives, providing on-the-ground insight and operational expertise.
Support the development of expansions and help with coordination of projects.

Essential

Proven experience integrating nursery or early years settings, ideally within a multi-site group environment.
Strong understanding of nursery operations, including compliance with EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding requirements.
Demonstrated ability to review due diligence documentation and identify operational or regulatory risks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience managing and onboarding childcare management software.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple integrations concurrently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with setting managers, regional managers, and the leadership team.
A confident problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Desirable

Experience in an operational or area management role within the early years sector.
Familiarity with nursery acquisition or pre-sale processes.
Experience in business expansion or new site opening projects.
