Avanti Print & Packaging & Coolways UK

Long Eaton, Derbyshire

Office Based | Full Time

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team at Avanti Print & Packaging, while also supporting our sister company, Coolways UK—one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of ice packs.

This opportunity has arisen as one of our directors prepares to go on maternity leave. While the role is to support the team during this time, we’re looking for someone who wants to become a long-term, valued member of our business.

The role will include:

Daily use of Sage
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Working closely with customers and suppliers
Reviewing invoices and ensuring accuracy
Raising and checking delivery notes
Supporting transport and logistics for Coolways UK
Contacting customers to confirm receipt of deliveries
General office administration
Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office daily
Supporting the team with day-to-day business operations

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Previous administration experience
Confidence in using accounting software.
Experience using warehouse management systems and profit management systems
A good understanding of suppliers, customers, sales invoices, and purchase invoices
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly
The ability to learn new systems and processes with ease
A positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
A reliable, committed, and loyal approach to work
Good confident telephone manner
Natural negotiator in balancing customer requirements with supplier delivery schedules
