Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Promote independence while maintaining dignity and choice
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals in line with individual preferences and dietary requirements
Administer medication safely and accurately following care plans
Assist with household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Accompany or transport clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
Support individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or other support needs
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Respond professionally and compassionately to changing client needs

About You

Caring, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in care is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided
Knowledge of dementia care, medication administration, and person-centred care is an advantage
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a team
