At Right Path Care, we're launching an exciting new children's residential care company in Longridge. Whilst we're a new residential provider, we're backed by many years of successful childcare experience and understand exactly what it takes to deliver outstanding care, support our teams, and achieve excellent outcomes.

The Opportunity

This isn't simply a Registered Manager position.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build an organisation from the ground up.

The successful candidate will have genuine opportunities to progress into senior leadership as the company expands, with the potential to oversee multiple homes.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage our first children's residential home.
Create an outstanding culture for both children and staff.
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
Recruit, mentor and inspire an exceptional staff team.
Drive outstanding outcomes for children.
Develop strong relationships with local authorities and professionals.
Help shape the future direction and growth of Right Path Care.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to register.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential legislation.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Passionate about improving children's lives.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with ambition, integrity and a genuine desire to build something special.
