**The Opportunity**

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic, and inspiring individuals to join our founding team. Qualified level 2 or 3 in Early Years. If you are passionate about outdoor learning and creating magical experiences for young children, we would love to hear from you! Pay is negotiable and competitive.

**You will be...**

- Excited to support children aged 3 months to 5 years through nature-based learning and play.

- Experienced in Early Years education, with a good understanding of the EYFS framework and keen to adapt it to an outdoor environment.

- A true team player — hardworking, enthusiastic, and ready to go above and beyond.

- Creative, with the ability to design fun and original activities that inspire young minds.

- Skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Ambitious about progressing within a nurturing and supportive setting.

- A nature lover who is as passionate about bugs, mud kitchens and Disney magic as we are!

**What we're looking for**
- Hold an Early Years Qualification level 2 or 3

- A good working knowledge of child development and the EYFS.

- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a good sense of humour.
