Passenger Service Agent – Part-Time - Korean or Spanish Speaker ONLY!

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Cobalt Ground Solutions is a successful ground handling Services Company based at London Heathrow Airport and operating on behalf of many different airlines. We believe that our outstanding customer service and professionalism makes us one of the leading handling agents at Heathrow.

As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy and dynamic Passenger Services department.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for the smooth running of the daily operation within Passenger Services, check-in, boarding, transfer, off jetty boarding, UMS, PRMS, CUSS, arrivals and baggage services, ensuring service commitments (i.e. customer service standards and other standards as specified in the SLA or defined in practice, on time performance and delay recovery) in the most cost effective manner, ensuring that all Airline Customers, Cobalt, HAL and other relevant procedures are met and without compromising health & safety and security regulations.
Ensuring that we are providing best in class customer service delivery for our customer airlines.
Handle airline or passenger complaints/claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline's policy.

Passenger Service Agent Requirements:

Fluency in Korean or Spanish is mandatory.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early and late) across a 7-day week
Ability to start shifts as early as 1200hrs and finish as late as 2330hrs
Roster is 4 days on 2 days off
Be able to commute to Heathrow Airport for the shifts.
5-year checkable employment/education history
Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
