Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative/Finance Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the financial and administrative functions of the organisation, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, experience with accounting software, and a keen eye for accuracy. Responsibilities

Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping using accounting software
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial statements as required
Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial data
Organise and maintain filing systems for financial documents and administrative records
Provide general administrative support including data entry, correspondence handling, and scheduling meetings
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing queries or documentation requests
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to finance administration

Experience

Proven experience working with one accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, etc is required
Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is essential
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and basic bookkeeping principles
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
