Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Joiner / Factory Operative to join our busy kitchen cabinet manufacturing team.

This is a varied role where you will primarily assist our CNC Operator with the cutting and manufacture of high-quality kitchen cabinets. The role also includes receiving deliveries from suppliers, stock checking, delivering cabinets to customers, and assisting with general factory duties.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the CNC Operator with cabinet cutting and production.
Manufacturing and assembling kitchen cabinets.
Receiving deliveries from suppliers and checking stock against delivery notes.
Organising and storing stock within the factory.
Preparing customer orders for delivery.
Delivering cabinets to customers and sites.
Loading and unloading materials and finished products.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop.

Requirements

Previous joinery, woodworking or factory experience is preferred.
A practical approach with good attention to detail.
Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
