- Manage your own learner caseload across South Wales, planning workplace visits and supporting learners to achieve timely success
- Conduct regular workplace visits to deliver training, complete progress reviews, and provide coaching and assessment in line with programme requirements.
- Complete monthly learner reviews, set clear, achievable targets, and track progress against Individual Learning Plans to support timely qualification achievement.
- Provide tailored advice and guidance to both learners and employers, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and address any additional learning needs, collaborating with colleagues and support services to ensure effective interventions.
- Monitor and support the development of core skills such as literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and Welsh language, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date learner records in compliance with internal policies, funding body regulations, and awarding organisation requirements.
- Identify and resolve barriers to learner achievement, escalating concerns as appropriate to ensure continued learner progress and retention.
- Regularly review and monitor learner safeguarding and wellbeing, escalating issues through appropriate safeguarding channels when necessary.
- Carry out effective initial assessments to establish learner starting points, support needs, and programme suitability.
- Participate in standardisation, internal quality assurance, and CPD activities to maintain occupational competence and assessment best practices.
- Contribute to internal performance targets, including timely completions, quality documentation, assessment standards, and compliance outcomes
