Full job description

Bored in your current job? Fancy trying something new? Or currently in a sales role but feel like you don't get properly rewarded? This is your chance to switch careers and join the DCTUK sales team – with proper training, fast progression and monthly earnings that can top £4k before tax.

We don’t care if you’ve never done sales before or if you're a proven closer. What matters is that you’re confident, good with people and hungry to learn. If you’ve been used to dealing with customers in any way – on the phone, face-to-face, solving problems, keeping conversations going – you’ll fit right in. We’ll coach you on the sales side (if needed) and give you everything you need to succeed.

From day one, you’ll be making inbound and outbound calls every day – speaking to new and existing customers, prospecting over the phone and turning conversations into opportunities. The phones will be the main focus, but social media adds an extra edge to how you build relationships.

What you’ll do

Receive daily inbound calls and make outbound calls to new and existing customers
Prospect hard over the phone to build your pipeline
Build long-term customer relationships so accounts stay with us
Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video and email to keep conversations alive
Keep your pipeline organised so nothing slips through the cracks
Join in our YouTube videos, TikToks and other content
Be curious and research our customers and get to know them really well

What we’re looking for

A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people (especially on the phone)
Experience of using Linkedin on a daily basis. If you don't have a Linkedin account, this role isn't for you.
Resilient – knockbacks don’t faze you
Curious, coachable and hungry to grow
Loves being in an office, team environment & able to bring enthusiasm daily
Comfortable being on camera and happy to get creative
A sense of humour (we don’t do boring)
Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential – attitude is everything
