What You'll Be Doing

As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing.

You will help people remain safe and comfortable in their own homes by:

Supporting with personal care and dressing
Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutrition
Administering medication safely
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting with shopping, appointments, and community activities
Assisting with daily routines and household tasks
Encouraging independence and choice
Following care plans and reporting safeguarding concerns where appropriate

We provide care services seven days a week with flexible shifts available, including:

7:00am – 11:30am
9:00am – 2:30pm
12:00pm – 2:30pm
4:00pm – 6:30pm
5:00pm – 9:00pm
6:30pm – 9:30pm
7:00pm – 11:00pm
