Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a solid understanding of office management practices. This role requires effective communication, team management, and the ability to maintain a productive work environment. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring that all office functions run smoothly.

Responsibilities

As a dedicated recruiter of international students for several leading UK universities, we require the individual in this role to play a key role to plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the student recruitment of our partner universities. Duties and responsibilities: Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts, taking inventory of office supplies and order more, if needed helping establish and maintain office, procedures assisting senior management team when needed, dealing with staff recruitment, attending seminars and training.

Experience

Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Experience in supervising teams and managing human resources functions is advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
