Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced Barber or Unisex cutter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hair styling and barbering. This role offers an opportunity to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and deliver exceptional grooming services to our diverse clientele. The Barber will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the salon. This position is fully paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering outstanding hairdressing and barbering experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, cutting, and barbering services tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client preferences.
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism within the salon environment.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in barbering.
Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure clear understanding of services provided.
Maintain accurate records of treatments, products used, and client preferences for future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Knowledge of current hair trends, and grooming styles.
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members effectively.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential if experience is substantial.
A genuine passion for hairstyling and grooming with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Pay: £25,000.00-£43,870.16 per year
