Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliableAgricultural Parts Assistant to join our busy team. Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining accurate stock control
Handling incoming phone calls and assisting customers with parts enquiries
Packaging and dispatching parts efficiently
Booking in deliveries and organising stock within the store
Providing front-of-house support, assisting customers at the counter
Working closely with the workshop team to ensure parts availability

Requirements:

Good computer literacy and ability to work with stock systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in an agricultural or machinery environment
Knowledge of agricultural parts or equipment
